Kylee gets a fresh new look!

A quick thought before the updates.

Most platforms in this space wear "porn site" as their entire identity — and look, there's nothing wrong with that. But I've always believed artists and fans here deserve something more: a polished and professional home where the work can stand on its own without the screaming label.

Creating this art is genuinely hard. I've talked to a lot of artists, and the time and craft that goes into a single scene is no small thing. That's why Kylee exists — built from the start around the people making the work, not just the content itself.

But this isn't only about the artists. I'm a fan of this art too — and for a long time, the fan experience has been an afterthought. Broken discovery, no real way to organize what you love, platforms that make you feel like a visitor instead of part of something. I wanted a place where you can actually go deep: find the artists and styles that speak to you, build a collection that means something, and feel like the platform is working for you instead of just tolerating your presence.

Here's what's new.

A roomier home for navigation

The old top navbar has graduated to a full sidebar on the left of every page. The biggest reasons for the move:

  • More breathing room for the work. Posts live edge-to-edge instead of fighting a wide top bar for vertical space.

  • One-click access to everything that matters. Home, Trending, Discover, Tags, Categories, Search, Upload, Notifications, Bookmarks, your Profile — all reachable without opening a menu.

  • It expands when you hover. Collapsed, the sidebar is a tidy column of icons. Move your cursor over it and it slides open with full labels — so you get the speed of a compact rail and the clarity of a labeled menu, without committing to either.

  • Mobile didn't get left behind. On phones the sidebar tucks into a bottom-anchored navigation that keeps the same destinations a thumb-tap away.

I also cleaned up page headers across the site (the gradient banner you see on Trending, Tags, Categories, Bookmarks, Community, etc.) so every section feels like it belongs to the same product.

Profile cover photos

Add a cover photo to your profile to make it unique. Head over the the settings page and add a cover photo to make things more personalized to your style.

Bookmark folders

Saving a post used to drop it into one big pile. Not anymore.

  • Folders, the way you'd expect them. Hit the bookmark button on a post and a small popup slides up letting you save it to one or more folders — or skip the popup and the post just lives in your "All bookmarks" list.

  • Make folders on the fly. "+ New folder" is right inside the popup; create a folder mid-bookmark and the new folder is automatically checked.

  • A post can live in multiple folders. Filing a reference into both "Lighting study" and "Mood inspo" is now a single tap each — no copies, no duplicates, just memberships.

  • Browse folders like collections. The Bookmarks page now shows your folders at the top (with thumbnails pulled from the most recent post in each one) and your full bookmark grid below. Click into a folder for the focused view.

  • Always private. Your bookmarks and folders are visible only to you.

What's next

I'm heads-down on a few more things — including more ways to organize and surface the work you save, deeper artist verification, and continued performance work. If something in this update changed your day-to-day in a way you love (or hate), tell me — feedback shapes what ships next.
